BIG NEWS…NEW WEBSITE!
We are launching our new website June 12th, 2017. We will be sending all our clients an email with information about the new website along with other news and information. A big big thanks to our web designer, Wes with Lighthouse Web Design. He has done an amazing job and was very patient working with our crazy schedule. I would recommend him to anyone.

NEW GPS TRACKING: All team members are now equipped with and required to use a gps software that tracks every job from start to finish whether it is a dog walk or pet sitting job. The times start to finish, actual routes and distance and any notes and pictures are tracked. At the completion of every job, the detailed information is automatically forwarded to the office (managers).
NEW PET CARE SOFTWARE: We will be implementing new software this year that will benefit both YBFF and our clients. Some of the key features for our clients are:
- A client portal to enter all information about your pet(s), home, emergency contacts, everything you now fill in on the client information form. You can change any information at any time and we will be notified immediately.
- Keep track of all conversations between client and us, schedule your own service or we can schedule for you and track all past services and upcoming services.
- Receive updates and pictures and much much more.
