We will confirm via email that the requested service has been scheduled, and let you know if there are any problems with dates, or if we need additional information.

YBFF will contact you approximately one week prior to your service to confirm dates/times and go over any changes. If you do not hear from us, please call to make sure your service is indeed on the schedule.
