Hi, I'm Janice, owner and founder of YBFF. Animals have always been an integral part of my life. I am a Colorado native and have, since childhood, owned pets of various types ... dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, bunnies, fish, horses, goats, and a couple of raccoons. I owned and showed quarter horses throughout my youth. I am the proud Mom of Buster, a Dalmation, Hank, a lab/plot hound mix, and Avery, a very cool cat. After many years working in the corporate world, I came to the conclusion that I was missing something...I was missing animals...there is nothing better than working with animals. Large or small, indoor or outdoor, much happiness does indeed come from pet ownership and interaction with animals. With my extensive corporate background, YBFF was launched in 1999 to combine business skills with my love of animals. I have found my true happiness.

Office & Client Relations Manager

Hi, I’m Erin, office and client relations manager. I am a huge animal fan. I’ve owned horses, cats, dogs, fish, and a raccoon (who decided not to leave because of the excellent accommodations!) I owned and showed quarter horses for many years. Right now I am the proud mother to Doodles, a Labradoodle, and Hostess, a fish (she throws great parties!).

The opportunity to become part of the YBFF team is a dream come true. To have a job working with animals, and people who love animals is like not having a job at all.

I am a Colorado native and went all the way through high school in Denver. I attended the University of Northern Colorado where I received a BA in Communication and Journalism. I worked many years in the advertising/sales arena and felt it was time to make a change.

I love working with all the paws and claws (and hooves) and their families.

Greetings! My name is Mary, I joined the YBFF team in 2008 and am absolutely ecstatic to be a part of this wonderful YBFF team! For as long as I can remember, there has been a strong undercurrent in my life…my great passion for animals. As a child my home was like a menagerie! Whether furry, feathered, scaly, or slimy, I cherished each pet for their own unique qualities. I strongly believe that every creature should be well loved and nurtured, and I can promise that I will bring this commitment to the care of your pets.

I hold a Bachelors degree in English from Metropolitan State College of Denver, but I have realized that my desire to work with animals is greater than my ability to truly thrive in an office environment. I am excited and honored that YBFF has given me the opportunity to pursue my passion in my working life.

Recreationally, as a Colorado native, I am a lover of the great outdoors. My favorite days are spent exploring the mountains and dog parks with my wonderful husband, Andi, and my two adorable mutts, Audrey and Obi. My small furry family is my greatest joy in life, and I pledge to give each one of your pets the same love and attention I give my own. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved companions!

My name is Anita, a full time pet sitter/dog walker with the YBFF team!! I love my days out on long walks in the beautiful Colorado sun with all our furry friends. Pups, kitties, horses, piggies, alligators,... you name it - they're all amazing to me.

I was raised in this great state, and I've spent the vast majority of my life here. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and Tucker - my seven year old golden - and Hulk - my big, fat crazy cat - get all that love when I'm not playing with our YBFF family. Having worked in telecommunications and hospitality for a number of years, I can definitely tell you I'm ecstatic to be with the best pet care provider in the world. My organization, service and management skills grew significantly as a result of these opportunities, but my real love is caring for those who love us without reservation.

Being a part of YBFF makes me so incredibly happy since we have the same goals - to provide exceptional, personalized service and make sure we're Your Best Friend's Friend!

Hi there! My name is Ellie and I am so glad to be part of this great team of animal lovers! I was born in California but moved to Colorado to go to high school. I love the outdoors and the beautiful weather so I decided to stay! I love being out in the fresh Colorado air with all of your furry friends! I have two kittens, Lilly and Kristy, as well as a Pomeranian named Honey – I love them all so much. After working in retail I can definitely say that this is the best job I’ve ever had – it doesn’t even feel like work! I can’t wait to meet all your furry friends!!

Hi, my name is Crystal, a full time pet sitter/dog walker with the YBFF team.

I am a fourth generation Colorado native. I grew up in Littleton and now live in Highlands Ranch. I have had animals of one kind or another my entire life, and currently have three cats, pictured is socks, also Isabelle and Henree Henree Hippo. Most recently, my Labrador Jumbo Jack passed on.

I am so grateful to have this wonderful job so that I can care for your beautiful pets. Their happiness, health, and safety are my priority in your absence.

Hi, My name is Brooke. I am so excited and thrilled to be a part of this amazing company! I recently changed careers so I could follow my dream of caring for and helping animals. I am a Colorado native born and raised. I love it here because I can do all the things I love. Snowboard, hike, mountain bike, cycle, camp, and go to the dog park with my doggies. I am very active in doing charity work and participating in 5Ks, triathlons, snowshoe walks, and anything that may help bring awareness to people and animals that need it most.

I am currently taking classes at the Misha May Holistic Center that helps neglected and abused animals find adoptive families. It’s a wonderful non-profit that helps these pets find loving homes.

I have so much love to give your pets. I think it is such a blessing to see their furry faces everyday! Thank you so much for the opportunity to care for your animals.

Hello, my name is Patti and I have been a member of the YBFF Overnight team since 2007 and I feel honored to be a part of this fabulous team. I have lived in Colorado most of my life and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I just moved back to Littleton from Sedalia where I had lived with our horses and dogs. I breed and show Labradors and have two yellow labs, Spencer and Misty. I have been a medical assistant for 25+ years and am currently working with a large group of orthopedic surgeons. Due to my health care experience, I am able to provide exceptional care for elderly and special needs pets. My new living arrangements allow me to accommodate any overnight requirements for pet sitting. My love for animals is second to none and I will provide loving and nurturing care for your pets.

Hi, my name is Becca and who wouldn’t be honored to be a part of YBFF team? I’ve been part of the team since 2008, and I specialize in overnight pet sitting. I have grown up with numerous pets; mostly cats, dogs, and fish, but some reptiles, rodents, and horses. I have two pets of my own, Coda my Pekingese beauty and Dice my lovely cat (white with 6 black spots, she really looks like Dice).

Here is some info about me to help you get to know me better. I am a native of Colorado, and I am currently residing in Southeast Denver. I have a bachelor degree in Interior Design, and I am currently working as an office designer. I am also a graduate student at CU Denver pursuing a Masters in Architecture. Some of my extracurricular activities include Color guard, Pro-wrestling, and Aerial dance; obviously I love to try anything that is unique and different.

I think my love of animals comes from my fascination of numerous studies that show the psychological and health benefits that come from being around animals. After being in an office all day, pet sitting is such a reward and helps me get away from the stressful world that we live in. I would love to be a part of your pet’s life, and give them the love and care they deserve.

Hello, my name is Vicki, and it is great to be a part of the YBFF sub contractor team specializing in overnight pet/home care! Over many years I have had the pleasure of working with many different creatures in a variety of professional and fun locations. I am hoping the skills and qualifications I have earned will enhance your pet sitting experience.

My main passion is wildlife. However I have worked with small animals, as well as wildlife and exotics, and loved every experience. I've been fortunate to have volunteered during my travels at a variety of Wildlife Sanctuaries, such as Argentina, Thailand and Italy. Among my travels I worked with felines small and large, elephants, dogs, reptiles, birds, monkeys, just to name a few. Before moving to Colorado a few months ago, I was employed as a veterinary technician in Chicago where I gained valuable experience in the field of small animal healthcare.

I have also been pet sitting for over 6 years and acquired many good friends through the experiences. I am currently a student at Bel-Rea Animal Technology Institute, which in itself shows my passion towards animals! I am skilled in medicating, administering injections, bandaging, and providing pets with top of the line basic care, and I'm still learning more! I am so lucky to have my two kitties, Belly and Lilly, who are beyond my family and have taught me so much as well.

Hi, my name is Cheryl, a member of the YBFF team. This is absolutely the job of my dreams and I am excited to be taking care of your furry, feathery and scaly friends.

I moved here in 2009 all the way from the east coast to attend Bel-Rea’s veterinary technician training program. Animals have always been my passion, they are always there for you, never judge you and always give you unconditional love. I decided to leave my professional grooming career in Connecticut to expand my knowledge in the animal field. I can’t picture ever doing anything that does not involve animals.

I’ve always had a knack for taking care of animals. As a child I grew up with many different little friends, rabbits, dogs, cats, turtles, gerbils and mice and I did pet sitting for all the neighborhood dogs. I moved to the beautiful rocky mountains with by best friend Cain, an 11 year old boxer, my two cats Thunder and Jangles and my turtle, Hambone. I love hiking and camping and anything outdoors which makes Colorado a perfect fit. I’m so excited to have gotten such a perfect opportunity to work with all your animals!

I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor's degree in marketing. I am currently a marketing and sales manager for a software company in Golden, CO. In my free time, I am extremely active, and love yoga, running, volleyball and snowboarding in the winter. I am also very interested and active in health and fitness, and am a health and fitness writer and consultant for a local online publication. I'm excited to be a part of the team, and look forward to loving and caring for your pets just as much as you do!
